     hi i have a problem with my ds 708 i try to update a few days ago but after that my autel is like bloked only show in the screen the logo to insert the sd card i try to contact the autel support but they dont amwer me any idea what i can do.thank

    Hi santo I will suggest to read this section of the forum as much as you can, specially
    the post from the member fware, no one knows the ds708 like he does and am
    possitive he can help solve your issues. Good luck.

     Hello,

    Please email me your serial number. Email is jonerikb@autel.us.

    Possible bad sd card or files in the sd card is missing required to boot up like an O/S.
